Interview
Received interview request 3.5 weeks after online app. Virtual interview was with HM + 3 teammates. ~10 questions covering behavioral stuff, work style, general experience in the field, typical STAR questions. Rejected by HM via email 4 weeks after interview. Apparently, there were 2 listings for a single position - a Level I and Level II - so they obviously hired for the L2 where the candidate field had more experience. Felt like a waste of everyone's time to do the song and dance for the L1 listing. So: beware PSE listings that span multiple levels, they might be posting multiple reqs for a single position.

Question 1
What's a team you enjoyed working with, and what made them so great?
I directly received an invitation for a technical interview. There was no screening call, which was kind of weird. The panel interview was very fast; they asked about 10 questions and didn't ask to solve a problem or anything like that.
