Interview
Applied online. A recruiter called about a week later to set up a phone screen. A week after that I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, and a couple of weeks later I had an on site-interview with the hiring manager and other team members. It took a couple of more weeks for them to decide which candidate to hire.
It went smoothly and I enjoyed talking to everyone. However, at the very end I found it jarring to learn that the job location would be Bothell, as the job had been posted as being in either Bellevue or Redmond. As the location was one of the reasons I'd applied for the job, my dismay was obvious and I didn't end the interview as excited as I was when I'd started.
I'd apply there again, but would confirm each step of the way where the job would be located.
mine was contract role, so only hiring manager took the interview with behavorial, situation based and technical questions. They did ask me to share screen for a practical question. since it was only 45 min interview.
