They sent a set of 11 questions 15 minutes before the interview so I could "be prepared." I thought it would help control the conversation but they literally surveyed me, going from one question to the other and the pressure was on. If I got stuck on a question they would say "We can come back to it after we are done." I tried breaking the tension with some laughs here and there but the interviewers were SO SERIOUS that I was so glad when the interview ended and said to myself "I doubt they want me for this position and I don't even want it if the work environment will be so tense." This set of questions was apparently graded because written after each question on the pdf they sent beforehand, there was a set amount of points that would be tallied at the end of the interview.
