Remote and they seemed to like their jobs. Didnt go into too much detail though which would have helped sell how much they liked their jobs. There was an initial interview that asked about my experience, then there was another interview that felt more like it was a gauge of my personality and how I communicate rather than tech related things.
The first interview was a 15-20 minute over the phone interview with hiring manager. He asked basic behavior and technical questions associated with role. Took them about a little over a week to reply back with the results of the phone interview.
