Long and drawn out with poor communication throughout. Started with a phone call, was asked to come in for a 3 hour in person interview, brought back again for a 2nd 3 hour in person interview and received positive feedback throughout. The interviewer was incredibly unprepared for my arrival and on top of that was rude and annoyed with me for showing up to an interview that he scheduled. After two office visits and six hours of interviews, communication came to a halt and I was finally able to find out that they decided to throw in an internal hire at the last minute after dragging me along for over a month. All things considered, this was a slow and negative experience that has me wondering how they treat their employees if this is how they treat candidates.
