Forwarded my resume to their career email, then HR team responded. I have applied as Senior Backend Developer with good hands on experience on Spring Boot for building RESTful web services. But in Technical Interview, they asked all questions on Hibernate. I already mentioned that I have no experience in Hibernate and worked on JPA and JDBCTemplate. After hardly 10 questions, the Technical person told me that they are looking for candidate with good DB skills. Although I answered 6 answers correctly. Worst Experience Ever. If your intentions is not to hire, then don't waste our time. Pleasr schedule the interview when you really need and vacancies are available.
