Applied online, they took 2 days to call me for phone interview. And after the phone screening, they asked me for onsite interview- still pending. The person who interviewed me didn't seem like they were a HR person, seemed pretty new to asking questions and drawing out the good answers. However, she was extremely nice and professional enough, and she was able to follow up with the email and emailed with clear instructions for the next step on the whole recruiting process.
