Pretty lengthy process, had an initial phone screen with the recruiter where I walked through a brief design project. Then I had a video call with the manager and team lead, where I was asked a mixture of STAR behavioral questions, pretty standard stuff. Following that, I was given an approx 4-6 hr assignment where I had to design a few UI screens for a potential client. Finally I was invited for an in-person interview with around 4 different people.
