Comprehensive 5 step process that involved informal interview, submission of case study, presentation of the case study and panel interview, one day on-the-job experience, and final interview. It’s intimidating but worth the process as the company boasts superb culture, benefits, and compensation. And of course, their product provides a great service to the community.

The first round was more on fit and personality assessment. Second round revolved on the case study and as product manager.

Interview
It has 5 levels, each level took a week to process/schedule, basically, if you are chosen, it took you 5 weeks for the interview. Each interview were from different people/team, and they seems no communication between the levels.
