Had 2 interviews. First interview was very brief. Second interview was more standard. I was questioned on experience with their focus of areas of law. When asked about my salary requirements, I said it would depend on the size of the legal team and workload. It seemed like they wanted to pay less than typical, despite the workload and lack of support.
