Interview
Scheduled a 30-minute recruiter interview. Ebony called right on time. Conversation was easy. Questions were what you would expect for a CSM role. Asked about book of business, how I had handled difficult situations in the past, what CRM and project management tools I have used. She did ask if the nature of the company would be an issue since it is faith based. She also confirmed this would be a hybrid role.

Interview
The core part of the interview was the scenario of "sell me this app," and then they gave feedback. Although they told me they knew they were not going to hire me from the beginning of the interview, which was quite odd and unprofessional.
