Very long interview process and at the end no response from HR nor the interviewees. I kept waiting and sending follow-up emails and no response. At the end I understood that they were in difficulty internally and that everyone was laid off.
It was first a Competency call probably with HR focused on 4 areas: team work, experience, previous work history communication. I was not successful in getting to the next stage after this.

Friendly and welcoming. I was expected to do much more talking. They asked me simple questions, and I was feel that I was expected to describe in detail and they were to decide whether my past experience and work responsibilities were a fit the the job I was applying
