Online interview, with psychometric tests and reasoning tests. Followed by whole day assessment in their office, with case studies of business scenarios to work through, solo scenario, as well as group scenarios.

It was hard but manageable. a lot of questions but I came prepared and had consulted with people who had done this process before. Nice but also a little cold which I guess is good,
interviewers, including managers and partners, were "great and approachable" and kept the mood light. This creates a comfortable environment
