J'ai envoyé ma candidature via la plateforme de l'entreprise. Quelques jours après j'ai reçu un appel me proposant un entretien téléphonique avec une responsable. Le jour J, je me retrouve au téléphone avec non une mais trois personnes. L'entretien à duré 30 minutes avec beaucoup de questions déstabilisante. Après un mois sans nouvelle, j'ai reçu un mail de refus type, non personnalisé.

it was nice. one phone screening and then another interview with the hiring manager of 60 minutes. i didnt accept the job because it was an unpaid internship with no reinbursment of transportation
Using Google Meet to interview, they mainly ask everything about your CV and some questions about your career path. The interview was in 40 min and there were two interviewers who is senior in Hanoi and the other is Manager in HCM city
The first round of application consisted of taking verbal, numerical and logical aptitude tests. I then progressed to a video submission round where I was given short periods to prepare 1 minute answers over a webcam which were recorded and sent to the recruiters answering different questions. I then attended a virtual assessment centre and finally had a final interview.
