Interview
Arrived on time for the interview, which started fifteen minutes late. This followed from the awkward situation of me being the only candidate sitting in the reception area, whilst the interviewer had a general chat with the receptionist.
Panel interview eventually began, no apologies for the late start. Overall the interview was rather unstructured, generally more of a conversation at times verging on 'matey'.
At the end of the interview I was told I'd be contacted with the next few days. I never was.
This review isn't sour grapes, as I don't feel on reflection I was that suitable for the position. However this was the worst interview process I'd ever been involved in. Aside from the initial rudeness of delaying the start of the interview, the fact a candidate has taken the time to submit a cv/covering letter, discuss interview on the phone beforehand and then have the interview and not even get a courtesy response is completely unacceptable.
Based on this process I would never apply for further jobs at PWC or recommend to any associates.

The interview was a multi-step process. In the first part I spoke directly to the team, describing my competences and about myself as in a traditional interview. The second part was an intelligence and personality test, followed by an interview following up on those results.
