j'ai envoyé ma candidature en ligne et une personne des ressources humaines il m'a recontacté dans l'heure qui a suivi. Ils m'ont convoqué à un entretien pour la semaine suivante. l'entretien a duré 3 heures environ l'entretien a duré 3 heures environ:
30 minutes de test sur lotus note, Word, Excel et powerpoint
1h20 de debrief avec un opérationnel plutôt axé sur la partie technique du poste
1h20 avec une personne des ressources humaines axé sur le côté comportemental en adéquation avec le poste.
Dans les 2 cas biensur il s'agit de voir les motivations et raconter son parcours.
Ils m'ont dit que j'aurais une réponse dans les 2 semaines qui suivent. J'ai patienter 10 jours (en les remerciant 2 jours après l'entretien et en posant quelques questions sur l'entreprise la semaine suivante) avant d'avoir une offre que j'ai accepté.
