First step was the online application which wasn't too bad. Then came the online tests which also aren't that difficult if you practise. The telephone interview is strictly competency based, show me time when.... They are based around their core competencies so very easy to prepare for. The Assessment day was tough; a maths tests, group test, written test. The maths test is tough and you're not expected to finish it. The group test is okay, you need to be respectful of other people, try not to dominate the task, and accurately lay out the pros and cons of the solution you have been given. The written test is the hardest part. You have to read through a pamphlet of information in half an hour and write a recommendation based on it. Time is very tight, prioritisation is key. The final interview was with a senior member of staff and was very laid back. Again, it was largely more competency based but more specific and more based on your CV.
