Came in by referral. Employees get bonuses for referrals. Once you are selected, you work with a central national recruiter, who is very friendly, but you will never hear or see again.. Local recruiters handle the interview process. The best way to get your foot in the door is a well connected employee if you are coming in other than a campus hire. If you are campus hire, connect with campus recruiters.
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
