Interview
Suite à la candidature en ligne, j'ai été contactée par mail. Un RH propose un entretien téléphonique de 15 min. Pour ma part, en français et en anglais.
On est recontacté pour un entretien physique si on a convaincu au téléphone.
Entretien physique : test d'une heure en anglais (plus ou moins dur), on peut répondre dans sa langue ou une autre langue (allemand ou français) que l'anglais si difficultés.
Deux personnes du service arrivent ensuite pour une conversation d'une heure.
Dans mon cas, nous n'avons pas corrigé le test, mais nous avons discuté tout de même des questions qui y figuraient.
J'ai attendu longtemps. Mon cas était particulier : aucun partner de libre pour un 3ème entretien et une de mes langues n'ont pas été testées : j'ai refait un autre entretien d'une heure avec deux autres personnes du service en langue étrangère.

Nombreuses questions techniques. Discussion avec les interlocuteurs. Plutôt agréable, le stress s'en va quand on les rencontre ! Ils sont là pour faire sortir le meilleur de nous même et non le pire.

Was pretty basic in a sense. The interviewers are really chill and laid back so not much pressure. The setting was quite noisy so ensure that you use a loud speaking voice and good gestures.
