Had an initial interview with the HR organization. They were appallingly unprofessional and inconsiderate. I had scheduled my initial phone screening one week ahead of time and took the afternoon off of work to make sure that I could be at home in order to be undisturbed. I waited for the call, and after 15 minutes I called the recruiter, but got her voice mail. Then I looked at my email and saw that she had sent a note about 2 minutes before the interview saying that she wouldn't be able to make the call that day with some ill described excuse. We rescheduled for the following week. We did talk and as I was answering her questions, I could hear her eating over the phone. I paused and then she interjected that she was eating her lunch. I know the organization is better than this as I had worked for PwC previously. That said, the HR organization clearly needs some quality improvement.
