Interview
There were 3 rounds of interview.
HR phone scanning, Manager 1:1 interview for around 30 mins then Partner 1:1 interview, also around 30 mins.
It was in Feb so during peak season, I got offer within 2 weeks
Speedy, manager was keen to follow up and I received an offer within the next few days. The package was generous but not enough to pull me over given additional commitments
Telefon mit HR über generelle Themen. In einem zweiten Schritt findet ein Gespräch einem oder zwei Manager inkl. Case Study statt (ca. 45min Vorbereitungszeit und 45min Fragerunde). Im Anschluss findet ein Meet the Team statt, um einzelne Mitglieder kennenzulernen.
Entrevista con Recursos Humanos, explicacion de la posicion y tareas asociadas. Entrevista con el gerente de la linea de negocio: Conversacion acerca de experiencia academica, experiencia laboral, expectativas y preguntas tecnicas, conocimiento de excel y paquete office, sofware de gestion. Prueba de nivel de ingles, Conversacion en Ingles.
