The first was a general interview with a Partner as I was an experienced hire including a case study .
Second was with HR who did general testing on maths and personality.
Third was with 2 members of team to get a view on how I would fit in

Case study performance improvement of a supply chain which had to be done within 1 hour providing a structured breakdown of recommendations
Applied online, 2 days later recruiter reached out to schedule interview. Interviewed with 7 people - Partner, Alliance Lead, MD. HR, ACRE. Interview was not difficult. The Partner had no interviewing skills. No emotional intelligence. He spent most of the time talking about himself.

As expected for this type of employer and this role level. It was fair but firm. There were three people on the panel and it lasted forty-five minutes. It was in-person.
