I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Geneva) in Feb 2014
Interview
1st Phase - Online Behavioural Assessment - 1h30 - No time constraint
Nothing too complicated. There were some tricky behavioural situations but I just took my time and proceeded by elimination.
2nd Phase - Online On-site Numerical and Behavioural Assessments & On-site interview with HR and Team Manager - 3h00 - Time constraints
The interview was straight forward, the usual, they make you go through your education/experience/why PwC/why this particular position.
The Behavioural Assessment was similar to the one in the 1st Phase, but longer and more tricky.
The Numerical Assessment was very challenging. You have to do complex calculations by hand or mentally (if you want to actually finish the test). I was not able to finish this assessment.
