Interview
Got in touch with me through email first, got to pick a time/date to interview online, got sent a calendar invite that contained the link and logged on for my online interview. The interviewer was very approachable and asked pretty typical questions , it was overall pleasant.
The interview is based around the usual behavioural questions and the usual situational questions. The interview lasted around 30 minutes. The process was very straightforward and structured like a normal interview.
Brief interview that revolved primarily around behavioral questions, there was one technical question asking about my outlook of the market and where I think the economy is going. Overall very easy and smooth people to talk to.
There were two 30-minute interviews that were entirely behavior. Everyone was super nice, and it was very conversational. When you first log on, there is someone who makes sure that your tech is working and just ask about your day. Then, your first interviewer will join, and that original person will leave, and the interview will begin. The same thing happens for the second interview.
