Colloquio avvenuto tramite il Career Day della mia università.
Primo colloquio conoscitivo tramite videochiamata e secondo appuntamento presso la sede a Padova: qui mi sono state poste alcune domande personali ed un fascicolo da compilare contenente quesiti di natura contabile/economica (bilancio consolidato, operazioni straordinarie). Durata colloquio circa un'ora.
A seguire, dopo aver dato una buona impressione, mi è stato fissato un colloquio tecnico con il Manager ma che si è rivelato un colloquio di tipo personale: non mi è stato chiesto nulla di teorico.

There’s no HR. Two to three coworkers in Audit-Team will interview you (so no problem-solving questions). Highly related experiences require, which is hard for a student first apply for an internship.

L'iter di selezione inizia con una telefonata da parte delle risorse umane, procede con un colloquio conoscitivo - attitudinale sempre con le risorse umane e prosegue con due colloqui tecnici con due senior manager del team di riferimento per la posizione.
Entspannt und angenehm. Es wurde hauptsächlich auf personal fit geachtet und ein bisschen über die motivation gesprochen. Die Atmosphäre war locker, ich fühlte mich wohl. Insgesamt wirklich einfach und angenehm.
