Interview
Firstly, There was an online aptitute test. It includes accounts, tax, english, excel and data interpretation. You have to complete that within 40 mins. Then comes the technical round and lastly HR round
One individual zoom manager interview
+ one partner group interview
(one partner+one manager : three candidates)
Overall quite nice atmosphere
Partner in is like coffee chat
lots of casual chat
Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
El proceso fue muy bueno y amable desde el primer contacto, siempre fueron claros y resolvieron mis dudas. Asignaron mis pruebas, entrevistas y documentación a entregar conforme a las fechas acordadas.
