Interview
Two Rounds for PwC Graduate Program
First round was a virtual interview where they ask you questions and you got to record your answer. Pretty straight forward questions, just make sure to speak clearly and be honest.
If you pass this you get invited to a virtual workshop which lasts a couple hours.
In this you work a few other potential candidates for the Grad Program on a case study. Ours was about how businesses can improve their culture post covid-19 using tech. What the interviewers are looking for here is your involvement in the case study and how you interact with the other candidates. So don't be quiet and wait for someone to ask you something, ask all and any questions you have, ask what people are working on, what ideas they may have, etc. The interviewers just want to see how you will work in a group setting.
After you finish the case study with the group of candidates. You will have a 30-45 minute interview with one of the interviewers.
They ask your basic background questions about yourself, Uni, what you did, what you enjoyed, etc. Then they go into the behavioural questions which relate to their values and mission statement on their website. So make sure to do your research before you go to the interview and have some potential answers ready.
All in all, my interview with the interviewer turned into a conversation and it went really well, make sure to ask the interviewer questions about the company. Everyone was nice and inviting for the whole workshop.

Question 1
What is most important to you when you are looking at a company you want to work for?
Applied online for the Real Estate Advisory Associate role in Toronto. Heard back within a couple of weeks with an invitation for an initial recruiter screen. The call was short — about five minutes — mostly confirming my background, interest in real estate advisory, and availability. The recruiter outlined the rest of the process: a round with the hiring manager, then an in-person case study (about an hour), and a final more informal conversation with leadership. Straightforward and well-communicated throughout.
Made it to a case round where they asked fairly basic questions about a business case and what I would do with new data. Pretty standard for consulting interviews, nothing unexpected.

Question 1
Given this new data for the business case we gave you, how would you update your recommendations?
Online test and then in person interview. The online tests were faily standard. Interview process followed why pwc and why the role etc . They then asked if I wanted to ask them anything and I could tell that they were interested to see if I'd researched the role and company and had applicable questions.
