submit resume online, phone screening, attended assessment, shorlisting informed through email, followed by interview by management of the company. Interview questions mostly on my work experience. Mostly technical questions. Also questions on how I dealt with critical situations with client.

Got an interview call through Job site. First round is Technical with two interviewers. Questions were at intermediate level from Datastage and SQL. waiting for the second round of interview
Takes quite a long time to complete the process, mostly 2 months to complete the full process. But, they will always be very through with the back ground checks. If you are looking forward to work here, never postpone your given Interview dates.
