I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (London, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
I did 1 interview (1st stage) and never got any feedback or confirmation of next steps / rejection from either the in-house recruitment team or the interviewer. Completely ghosted. I only received an automated rejection email 5 weeks after my interview. No emails or any communication until then, other than "your recruiter will get in touch with you soon".
A recommendation to senior management: train your recruitment teams, and ensure those automated rejection emails are sent promptly. Otherwise, you'll lose key talent like myself.
one normal interview online with one person, then a technical interview where they gave you a laptop and had to complete their exercise and explain your thought process, and a last in person interview with the head
