Interview
I applied through my University recruiting. The night before the first interview we did have a social event just to talk to other recruits, partners and associates. It was a great event and it was really helpful to talk to them, making the interview process simpler. The next morning I had an interview with a partner and a senior associate on campus. It was an extremely conversational interview, they really wanted me to lead the interview and ask the question, so having those prepared was great. The day after the interview I got a call about an office visit. A few weeks between the interviews we had another social event that was just another chance to get to know the company and some associates. Then a few weeks later I was flown to the city for the interview. We were all put up in a nice hotel, and that night we all went to dinner and then came back to the hotel. The next morning we had breakfast and then walked to the office and did a tour and had 2 interviews, one with a partner, and then one with a senior manager. All very simple, I recommend having questions prepared becuase they all want you to ask them. The next day after I got home I got a call about the offer!
