Was interviewed by an Assurance Partner. He asked questions regarding previous experience in certain situations to get an understanding of how I handled situations and what approach I would take to difficult or stressful situations.

How did I handle a situation in which diversity was not accepted?
Speedy, manager was keen to follow up and I received an offer within the next few days. The package was generous but not enough to pull me over given additional commitments
Telefon mit HR über generelle Themen. In einem zweiten Schritt findet ein Gespräch einem oder zwei Manager inkl. Case Study statt (ca. 45min Vorbereitungszeit und 45min Fragerunde). Im Anschluss findet ein Meet the Team statt, um einzelne Mitglieder kennenzulernen.
