Truly unprofessional hiring practices with a blatant disregard for the candidate's time. I received an invitation for the 2nd round interview for the next business day. On the day of the interview (director level), I had not received any link for the video call. I followed up and they informed me that the interview had been cancelled because the position was put on hold. 1 week later, the exact same position was reposted under a new #.
