Quick and smooth, friendly interviewers. The process was 3 interviews (1 HR & 2 Technical). The first one is HR interview (15 mins), they asked the standard HR questions (i.e. tell me about yourself). The second (1st technical) interview was with a Senior Manager (25 mins). It was about knowing my competences better (i.e. talk about your previous experiences). The third (2nd technical) interview was with a Partner (90 mins). He really grilled me on my CV and he used a tricky style of questions. He started the interview by asking a group of technical questions then challenged my answers then gave a good feedback on my reply to these challenges, then repeated the same questions with the same challenges by the middle of the interview, and repeated the whole process at the end of interview. I guess he was testing my answers consistency and my patience.
Speedy, manager was keen to follow up and I received an offer within the next few days. The package was generous but not enough to pull me over given additional commitments
Telefon mit HR über generelle Themen. In einem zweiten Schritt findet ein Gespräch einem oder zwei Manager inkl. Case Study statt (ca. 45min Vorbereitungszeit und 45min Fragerunde). Im Anschluss findet ein Meet the Team statt, um einzelne Mitglieder kennenzulernen.
