Sono previsti tre step di selezione (HR motivazionale, tecnico con Senior manger e partner che è un colloquio perlopiù formale dove non ci sono domande tecniche ma motivazionali e caratteriali).

Domande su principi contabili nazionali e internazioni, percorso di studi/carriera, motivazioni, interessi, aspirazioni, capacità di lavoro in team e di lavoro in periodi di stress e pressione dovuta a scadenze.
Il processo prevede generalmente 3 step:
- il primo con HR, conoscitivo
- il secondo con un manager o senior mansger, tecnico
- il terzo in caso di prossima assunzione con uno dei partner dlel'ufficio di assegnazione.
