Thorough through HR, informal with the team. Overall very good, and the communication throughout was excellent. The total process was approx 6 weeks including 3 interviews. An additional few weeks were added to the starting date because of the holiday break so I haven’t included that in the time line. Applied online, 2 days later recruiter reached out to schedule interview. Interviewed with 7 people - Partner, Alliance Lead, MD. HR, ACRE. Interview was not difficult. The Partner had no interviewing skills. No emotional intelligence. He spent most of the time talking about himself.

As expected for this type of employer and this role level. It was fair but firm. There were three people on the panel and it lasted forty-five minutes. It was in-person.
