If you pass the phone interview, there will be an superday. You arrive at the office on 9am and you will go through 3 back-to-back interviews with partner, director and senior associate. Behavior-based. Ask questions related to your resume. Have an office tour and have lunch with associates from the team. If they like you, you will immediately get their phone call on your way home that day.
