Interview
It was straight forward, applied online received an online assessment, moved on to a back to back interview. Recruiter reaches out initially to provide some screening. Interview usually with a director and a partner at the firm but the environment is pretty friendly.
Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Case study question which revolves around business and optimization question
Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
