They ask you to talk about yourself. Then they present the team and the company. They do it and never give you any feedback. There is no real description of the whole interview process.
On call technical round - more about your project , sql queries optimisation and in depth physical working of database.
Managerial round: discussion more around dimensional modelling, BI reporting and Complex queries
