Interview
Two rounds - 1st on campus, 2nd on site. 1st round includes 2 45-minute interviews largely behavioral. 2nd round has 3 interviews - 1 case (distributed 24 hours prior) and 2 45-minutes behavioral with partner and director. Heard back for both rounds two days later.
For the case, you'll be assigned to a specific group and get the question when you're on site (a list of questions from which you have the option to choose a few to answer). The general atmosphere is very relaxing and all interviewers assure you that they want to get to know you through casual conversations rather than standardized questioning.
