A friend referred me in. First contact was phone screen with recruiter. Next/last step was in-person interviews with 4-5 managers/directors and 1 partner. Partner approval/endorsement is required, obviously. Follow-up time was not the best but recruiters were very responsive when contacted. After in-person interview, offer came at the end of the week. No negotiation because it was fair.

Got an interview call through Job site. First round is Technical with two interviewers. Questions were at intermediate level from Datastage and SQL. waiting for the second round of interview
Takes quite a long time to complete the process, mostly 2 months to complete the full process. But, they will always be very through with the back ground checks. If you are looking forward to work here, never postpone your given Interview dates.
