It was organized from the start. It has a two level interview: initial and final interview. The HR questions were pure behavioral questions. These include: how do you handle stress and pressure, can you tell me about yourself, can you tell me your relationship with your family members, what do you do when you’re already feeling the burn out… overall, it was a good experience.

It was hard but manageable. a lot of questions but I came prepared and had consulted with people who had done this process before. Nice but also a little cold which I guess is good,
interviewers, including managers and partners, were "great and approachable" and kept the mood light. This creates a comfortable environment

Videollamadas con distintos responsables de recursos humanos y responsables de departamento, sobre una hora de duración donde se hacían preguntas con el puesto y la formación académica y experiencia previa en puestos similares. Bastante automatizado en el sentido con emails sobre las fases correspondientes
