There were three rounds of interviews for college applicants. First, you will go through their screening process. Once, you pass through the initial screening, they will schedule a Zoom call with you. You will then be on a Zoom call with the staff, then the partner, and with a manager afterwards.

Relaxed, two 30-minute interviews back-to-back, first with a senior manager, then with the managing partner. Not too structured, casual conversation. Was very informative about the firm and their specific location.
