Interview
The interview process was fast, friendly, and comfortable. I was welcomed warmly, asked clear questions, and encouraged to share openly. The atmosphere felt relaxed yet professional, making it easy to express myself confidently throughout the entire conversation.
Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Case study question which revolves around business and optimization question
Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
