Completed multiple interviews and a case study, which I was told went very well. Despite positive feedback throughout, the process dragged on without clear communication or closure. Ultimately received a vague rejection with no meaningful explanation. Felt like a box-ticking exercise rather than a genuine hiring process. Disrespectful to candidates investing serious time and effort.
