The first stage is an online assessment that intends to discover your compatibility within the work place. Moreover, it has basic technical math questions to determine your level of mathematic skills. 2nd stage is an self recorded online video interview. It has 3 main questions with a time limit of 2 minutes to prepare for each question and between 2.5 - 3 minutes to giving an answer to these questions. 3rd stage is the online assessment centre. During this stage you will be given some slides to make a presentation about a company you are "advising", then proceed to give a presentation to one of the recruiters. After that there is a group discussion about the main themes and issues that you think are present in the company's file.
