Interview
Starts with coldcall from hr and then assesments ( verbal and quantative ones) and then interview with hr and hiring managar plus maybe hiring partner, during the interview the point is get to know you and you just need to explain what have you done and how have you done them so it was easy

Can you please describe a workplace that you can perform better?
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
