Interview
So basically, the PwC Shanghai Audit Superday is like a full-day interview marathon. You start with an intro session where they talk about the firm, then you usually have a group case study—something audit-related where you work with other candidates and present together. After that, there are one-on-one or two-on-one interviews with managers or partners, mostly behavioral questions and why you want to do auditing. Sometimes they’ll throw in a short written exercise or ask you to do a quick analysis. Between sessions, there’s usually a coffee chat or lunch with current staff, which is also part of the evaluation. It feels long, but it’s really about seeing how you think, how you work in a team, and whether you fit their culture.
Il processo prevede generalmente 3 step:
- il primo con HR, conoscitivo
- il secondo con un manager o senior mansger, tecnico
- il terzo in caso di prossima assunzione con uno dei partner dlel'ufficio di assegnazione.
