Decent, after first stage of online tests you get a group work simulation(?) type assessment. Basically to make sure you can work with people without too much trouble, and pass sort of a minimum level of technical ability.
The interview process was very formal and a bit challenging for me personally, but it was fail in all aspects. The panel was nice enough to try and make me relax since I was nervous despite it being a virtual interview.
