I applied online. I interviewed at Pylon (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
The team communicated the process from the beginning so there was never any guess work. I felt informed and knew what was coming and when it was coming. Everyone I met with was super nice and knowledgeable.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pylon (De Zoom) in Oct 2025
Interview
Applied to a posting that sounded interesting with zero prior knowledge of the company. Talked to an average bobblehead recruiter who's clearly never had a single thought which wasn't given to them by a life coach. Found out it's all a big Peter Thiel operation and bailed immediately. Got a look at all the euphoric gentlesirs on the "about us" afterward and I have no regrets.
