Interview
Very easy. They ask about your past history. Also what can you do for the company. There not intimidating at all. They are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I felt very comfortable answering all of there questions. They don't give you any trick questions that make you feel as if you answered them wrong.
1 interview with the recruiters manager. then i heard "we will call you next week for an interview with the client." i have not heard back for almost 2 weeks. i am overqualified for this particular position and did not receive any feedback or follow up.
It was like any other consulting company. The consulting company vets you and then you get interviewed by the client. If the client likes you, well you will have to do some tedious paperwork for this consulting company (a bit more than others) but you get hired.
